Do you want to use the tiles in their entirety, without cutting them? Then we recommend ordering slightly more tiles than you exactly need. This way, you can select the most beautiful ones yourself and account for any minor imperfections.

Packaging and shipping

We pay close attention to carefully packaging our tiles to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.

However, due to their thinness, these tiles are more fragile than traditional ceramic tiles. Therefore, despite careful packaging, there is an increased risk of breakage during transport.

We recommend inspecting the tiles immediately upon receipt. Should you discover any transport damage, please contact us, preferably with a few photos of the damaged tiles and the packaging. We will then look for a suitable solution together.
